At KUBE Fabrications we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges for products purchased from our website.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Change of mind returns
KUBE Fabrications is a custom fabrication and made to order business. In most cases products are manufactured to customer specifications.
Because of this, we generally do not accept change of mind returns once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
Where we do offer a change of mind return at our discretion
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned at the customer’s cost
• A restocking or handling fee may apply
Any approval of a change of mind return will be confirmed in writing by KUBE Fabrications before the product is returned.
- Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.
To help us review the problem, please provide:
• Your order number and contact details
• A description of the fault or damage
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once assessed, we may offer one of the following, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
• Repair of the product
• Replacement of the product
• Refund of the purchase price

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will confirm next steps and, where applicable, provide return instructions and the return delivery address.
- Return shipping costs
• For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, where we are responsible, KUBE Fabrications will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label or freight booking.
• For change of mind returns, if accepted, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risk of loss or damage in transit. - Timeframes
Please notify us of any issues within a reasonable time from delivery.
Where possible, we recommend you contact us within
• 7 days of receiving damaged items, and
• 30 days of delivery for other product concerns
These timeframes do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Custom and made to order items
Many KUBE Fabrications products are custom, fabricated to measurement, or built to project specifications. These items generally cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
Please double check all measurements, drawings and specifications prior to confirming your order.
- Refund method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow standard bank processing times for the refund to appear.
